Together with the product owner and development partners, you will be responsible for our stack containing technology like the Shopify Markets (e-comm and POS), PIM, Middleware, app, and loyalty program. Important product launches are coming up in the next few months that will have a big impact on the overall business and ambitions. The perfect moment to join this adventure as Head of Product!

what will be your key responsibilities?

  •   Leadership in management and oversight of the entire technology stack, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient operation.
  •   Foster and manage relationships with multiple external agencies responsible for various aspects of software development, maintenance, and innovation.
  •   Manage and coach the internal Product owner responsible for the backlog for both the website & app, ensuring that project priorities align with business goals.
  •   Creating the roadmap of team “tech” where all systems meet (both backlog of web & app)
  •   Translating business requirements into technical solutions, balancing innovative thinking with practicality.
  •   Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •   Monitor technology trends and maintain current knowledge of relevant developments that could benefit the business.
  •   Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
  •   Oversee budgeting for technology-related expenses ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  •   Handle critical decision-making and problem-solving under pressure, ensuring the smooth operation of all technological functions.


  •   Strong background as senior product owner, with experience in backlog        management.
  •   Working experience within omnichannel retail environments.
  •   Ability to oversee and integrate diverse systems and technologies.
  •   Leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  •   Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
