In this role, you are in charge of coordinating SEO efforts in The Netherlands, including onsite optimization and keyword expansion research and coordinating SEO content in all our countries. Your input will contribute to developing global SEO strategy across countries and you will translate the SEO strategy into a content (quarterly) plan. You are responsible to make it all happen. Examples of projects you will be working on are how we can expand our visibility in search engines for certain categories like Painting or Plastering. This will also involve the coordination of improving our price guides or how we use user content generated on these topics.

You will be part of a cross-functional SEO-team with specialists from our marketing, product, and technology department. You will report to the manager of brand & communication who is located in France. You’ll work with 12 marketeers (6 French, 5 Dutch, and 1 Italian) across two locations. Once it is safe again, we will meet each other face-to-face frequently.

what we ask from you

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing environment
  • Experience with writing content and project management
  • Good knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiar with relevant tools (e.g Semrush) and analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Webtrends, Search console)
  • Higher level of education, preferably in the field of communication
  • Native in Dutch and professional in English
  • Have an analytical mindset and base decisions on data
  • Collaborative by nature with strong communication skills
  • A hands-on and can-do mentality with eagerness to learn and grow
