Will you be our new sales director?<\/p>\n<h2>sales director<\/h2>\n<h3>the role<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Kellton is hiring a sales director as part of our growth strategy for the Europe Geo Business Unit. This role is focused on growing new business for Europe markets.\u00a0 The candidate is expected as an established leader with a successful track record of generating new business, acquiring new logos, generating demand, and closing deals. The candidate will need to demonstrate the right competencies, ability to grow new business, and ability to build relationships.<\/p>\n<h3>key responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sales \u2013 Generate new business, open new accounts and build customer portfolio in UK and Europe markets.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Be a Trusted adviser \u2013 Work with customers as a trusted advisor in IT Services and Solutions in the areas of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Solutions, and Cloud technologies.\u00a0 Any experience in selling SAP is a plus.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demand Generation \u2013 Lead demand generation through various channels such as marketing, social media, referrals, and others<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build local partnerships \u2013 Establish local partnerships with software product companies, Hyper Scalers, and complementing IT services companies.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build a Brand \u2013 Build a strong band for Kellton through various marketing initiatives and channels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sales Operations and Forecasting \u2013 Provide Annual and Quarterly forecasts for the new business.\u00a0 Manage CRM products for Sales operations and report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>role requirements as a sales director<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Overall experience of around 15 to 18 years, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales generating new business.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deep experience in selling IT services and solutions for Enterprise customers in the areas of Enterprise solutions, ERP, Digital solutions, Application Integration, and Cloud technologies.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proven track record of generating new business, acquiring logos, and growing the new business in UK and EU markets<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ability to build relationships and strong network on new business development<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proven experience in demand generation through marketing, social media, referrals, and other channels<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strong track record of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor and\/or manager<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ability to build a healthy pipeline for the region.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Experience in managing CRM products for Sales Operations, Sales forecasting, and Order booking<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Good educational experience such as a degree in Business Management would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fluency in English speaking and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>main responsibilities and deliverables will include<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lead New Business Sales function for Europe Geo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build a strong pipeline of leads, opportunities, and demand<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exceed monthly\/quarterly\/annual sales targets<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy in the CRM tool<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lead the regional planning and review process<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Develop and nurture a network of customers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generate new ideas to improve overall business development performance<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build local partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>what\u2019s in it for you as sales director<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Huge opportunities for personal and career growth.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chance to work in a dynamic, fun, and challenging environment<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pension, Insurance, and competitive salary package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>job posting statement<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>At Kellton we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
