As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will be the primary contact for the regional business divisions and Essentials to implement marketing campaigns in EMEA region. You will be the right-hand person to the marketing director EMEA and help with the digital transformation the organization is going through. You will be an inspiration to your colleagues and experience with change management is a plus.

your tasks include

  • Execution of the global marketing strategy in the EMEA region
  • Responsibility for cross-channel or regional marketing campaign management
  • Contact person for business units to execute [digital] regional marketing campaigns [including digital campaigns] based on detailed briefings. Campaigns include:
    • SEA campaigns
    • Social Media post
    • Newsletters
    • Website Editing
    • Print material (brochures, flyers, advertisements, etc,)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Great analytical skills for reporting and tracking marketing activities
  • Planning and development of exhibition booths, webinars, or other regional [virtual] events
  • Creation, development, and maintenance of a regional marketing calendar for EMEA region in line with the global calendar
  • Collaboration with external agencies in the development of campaigns tailored to different target groups
  • Continuous refinement and sharing of best practices within the Global Marketing Team
  • Raising and increasing awareness of the potential of marketing campaigns within the company and serving as a brand ambassador
  • Creation of a cross-functional network within your region

Your qualifications

  • a university degree in preferably marketing, journalism, or communication science or 5-7 years of professional experience in Marketing or related professional disciplines
