Within our Growth & Commerce domain, the Marketing & Brand Lead is the driving force behind our accelerated growth. You focus on the use of innovative marketing and using this to get as many relevant potentials as possible to know TOPdesk. When they know us, you ensure that we nurture them towards sales opportunities. When are you successful? When we accelerate growth in the number of new business leads.

You ensure everyone is on board with the chosen marketing direction, give room for creative initiatives, and keep an eye out on market trends.

For marketing to become the driving force of business growth, you can use your strengths to:

  • Execute a long-term strategy for global marketing to professionalize the marketing department
  • Develop and maintain global branding and positioning of TOPdesk
  • Leading performance and change in our collaboration with local marketing counterparts
  • Further, develop the collaboration within the Growth & Commerce domain

where will you work?

Growth & Commerce domain, which contains 3 subdivisions: Inspire, Land, Retain & Expand. You’re the lead for the Inspire division which contains three global marketing scrum teams. You report to the executive responsible for the G&C domain and work closely with the team coordinator for global marketing. The team coordinator ensures a solid organizational structure and strong team culture at marketing, based on the long-term strategy set by you.

to succeed as a Marketing & Brand Lead you:

  • Have 5-10 years of experience as a (digital) marketer
  • Can translate company vision to marketing strategy
  • Can set measurable goals
  • Can inspire and motivate people so they become enthusiastic about the goals
  • Can create a work environment where creativity can blossom
  • Are data-driven and result-oriented
  • Have excellent English communication skills or are willing to learn
  • Have experience in B2B / SaaS / IT environment and with branding & positioning
