The business analyst explores markets and user feedback for exciting feature opportunities. With assisting the product owner in shaping innovative features, creating user stories, and tracking product performance you drive innovation. In this position you collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to product roadmaps and release plans under the guidance of the Manager Product Owners and Analysts.

the role

  • Conducting market research and deep-dives on user feedback to identify opportunities for feature improvements.
  • Supporting the product owner and development team in defining and prioritizing product features and user stories.
  • Assisting in creating clear, concise, and detailed user stories with the product team.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the product owner on the development of product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Working closely with other product owners, analysts, and reporting to the Manager Product Owners and Analysts.

who are you as a business analyst?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with technology focus, such as computer science
  • Deep understanding of product domain and users in e-commerce
  • Familiar with user centric hypothesis based problem solving
  • Deep knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
  • When supporting a technical product, basic programming skills to test initial hypotheses are required
  • Experience with Agile teams
  • Have a curiosity about the data of the business and understand the customer insights
