UX Lead. AS Adventure Group, Pijnacker *VERVULD*

As a Lead UX Design at A.S. Adventure you’ll spend most of your time on doing what you love most: creating rock-solid designs. You’ll be the one to lead by example and lift the bars within your team. A team with 4 other superstars you may select yourself! Also, you will function as the connector between UX and other related departments. Together, your aim is to deliver group level online platforms for all brands, that flourish the same unique vibe as the physical A.S. Adventure stores do. In that manner, yo u will continuously be working on improving the omni channel experiences at A.S. Adventure.

The job

Also, you will function as the connector between UX and other related departments. Together, your aim is to deliver group level online platforms for all brands, that flourish the same unique vibe as the physical A.S. Adventure stores do. In that manner, yo u will continuously be working on improving the omni channel experiences at A.S. Adventure.
At first, you and your team focus on three key markets: Belgium, UK and the Netherlands – known as A.S. Adventure, Cotswold and Bever. Once there’s a unified and consolidated online strategy, it is time to expand to A.S. Adventure’ other markets.In the Netherlands we’re currently working on a new digital framework, which you will be translating into all brands and markets. Altogether, we think the job is very diverse, but there’s plenty of time to be the experience designer you are.

The candidate

  • Design. We expect you to have your own vision, passion and knowledge on Experience Design.
  • Cross- function. You should know how to handle working with different countries, markets and departments.
  • Entrepreneurship. Cliche, but true. As a team lead, we need you take the lead and think like an entrepreneur.
  • Working experience. A proven track record in digital design.
