As Performance Marketing Lead you will be responsible for our global online paid marketing efforts.
You’re in the lead of the online marketing worldwide. Our rapidly growing webshops have been relaunched a year ago and our marketplaces are showing extreme growth. You will play a key role in our global growth and be the driver of our online sales growth. You will lead a team (starting with a paid social marketer). You will report directly to the CDO.
As the lead of this starting team, you are responsible for the optimal performance of all upper and lower funnel advertising, maximizing value and building our brand. You do that by:

- Manage the Search&Shopping campaigns worldwide
- Having the bigger picture of online marketing worldwide
- Having an overall understanding of the workings & KPIS of all channels
- Leading and coaching your team
- Decide on the value attribution across channels
- Forming a vision on the optimal allocation of spend and implementing this with your team
With 5 countries, multiple categories and a complex landscape of (potential) clients, online marketing can be challenging. Therefore, the job requires seniority and vision on performance marketing. You can see the bigger picture and it’s easy for you to align the colleagues of the other teams, such as the Webshop Manager, marketplaces managers and the Content Manager.
Even though we are market leader we are also a scale-up with an entrepreneurial DNA. You will keep your eye on the prize but can also be flexible and hands on when the situation asks for it. Team spirit is high as we all believe in the company’s mission: We are building together.
what we are looking for:
- 4+ years of relevant working experience in Google AdWords & Shopping
- Experience with upper funnel marketing channels (paid social, video, display, ….)
- Experience working in multi-channel marketing teams
- Experience in a growing e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong analytical thinker
- Being a senior team member capable of independent thinking and who takes ownership of all marketing channels
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Native Dutch speaker
- Data driven approach but also being able to think outside the box and experiment
